Purchase Policy

By purchasing any product, course, or digital material from The Strategic Hustle, you agree to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access, all purchases are non-refundable. Please read all course descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions, contact us at [email protected] before making a purchase.

2. Single-User Access Only
Each course purchase is for one individual only. Sharing login credentials, downloads, or course content with others is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access without a refund.

3. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All content, templates, videos, worksheets, and materials provided by The Strategic Hustle are protected by copyright law. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without written permission is not allowed.

4. Access Duration
Unless otherwise stated, access to course materials is granted for the lifetime of the course.
You will retain access as long as the course remains available on our platform. If we plan to retire or remove a course, we will provide advance notice so you can download any applicable materials.

5. Updates & Revisions
We reserve the right to update course content or materials at any time for improvement and clarity. These updates are provided at our discretion and may or may not be applied retroactively.

6. Results Disclaimer
We cannot guarantee specific business or personal outcomes. Your success depends on your implementation, effort, and commitment to applying the strategies shared.

8. Physical Product Terms (e.g., Launchpad Kit & Tools)

If your purchase includes any physical product — such as the TSH Launchpad Kit, Mindset Deck, printed planning tools, or other shipped materials — please note the following:

• All physical product sales are final and non-refundable.
• Kits and individual items are hand-assembled and typically ship within 5–7 business days, arriving within 7–10 days, depending on your location.
• Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
• If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] and include clear photos of the issue.
• All tools and kits are for personal, single-user use only. Reproducing, reselling, or distributing any part of the kit — including the workbook or Mindset Deck — without written permission is strictly prohibited.
